        We often think of Facebook as a website that we use to socialize, sometimes play games on, and often we do little else. However, for many people, Facebook has helped them change their lives. There are actually many ways Facebook can help your life become a little healthier. This is one of the best ways to get family and friend support from all over while on a hard health journey such as a goal to lose weight. Facebook is also a great resource for finding networks of people who want to help you, or are simply going through the same thing. You can also find pages of healthy recipes, daily health tips, and the like. Facebook doesn’t just have to be about wasting time and chatting with friends; it can serve a great purpose.

        Today people use technology to communicate much more. Facebook is the most famous of technology that everybody uses it. It has well for health if we play it in the good way. There are advantages and disadvantage.
        I believe that when everybody has free time they will chat with their friend on Facebook or play game. It can change health. If we use it always is not good for eyes and health. Some people play Facebook all the time. For example, students chat Facebook when they study. It will make student don’t understand about content and don’t have concentration. In addition, Facebook can help us for good health. For example, we find the information about healthy recipes or ask our friends about healthy.
        Facebook is the most famous of technology. I think it has advantage and disadvantage. We should use it in the good way and the right time. For example, when we study we should study hard we should use it in free time.
