Swimming makes you lose weight?

 

Swimming causes weight loss by being easy on your joints and bones, working every major muscle group, and improving circulation. Because it is an all-over aerobic exercise, it burns lots of calories.  You can see the effects of swimming by looking at the bodies of Olympic swimmers, but you don’t have to train for competition to get great weight loss results and have a lot of fun doing it! Since it helps your cardiovascular system without stressing your body, swimming also is great for any age group and many people with physical or mental disabilities are quite good swimmers.  Swimming is also used often in physical therapy because along with the calorie burn, you increase strength, endurance and flexibility. “But,” you ask, “how many calories will I burn?” It all depends on you. Depending on how much you exert yourself, you can burn anywhere from 90-550 calories per half hour. You must burn 3500 calories to lose one pound, so, if you swam hard for 30 minutes a day, you’d lose one pound every week! Helps make you one of those women whose face looks forever lovely.

Exercise is good for the body. It will help the body strong and protect the disease. It is the good thing that everybody should do. Exercise has many kinds that we can do. Swimming is good for people who want to reduce the weight.

Swimming is appropriate for everybody because it support our body strong and burns lots of calories. It is good way for people who want to lose weight. It can burn about 90-550 calories per half hour when we swim. Swimming help to increase strength, endurance and flexibility. In addition it makes everybody funny when you do it. So, Swimming causes weight loss by being easy on your joints and bones, working every major muscle group, and improving circulation.
Conclusion, swimming help loss weight. I think it is good for health because it make our body strong and protect disease. If who want to lose weight can do it. In addition, eating food is important for health. We should select good food to eat and we can control eating food and exercise together.
