Today I learn about how to design lesson plan. It is important thing for teachers because teacher should know about curricular and skill that you want to focus. Today teacher should focus in speaking skill and listening skill because we will come to ASEAN. Students can understand when foreigners talk together.

From lesson plan when I write lesson plan. I must focus student about speaking skill and listening skill. I should apply Communicative Language Teaching to design lesson plan. I must write general from wide to narrow. For teach students teacher should teach funny. Teacher should have games, song, VDO and etc. It will motivate students to learn and students can learn easier. Before I write lesson plan I must have objectives and indicators because students must learn pass indicator completely.

To conclude, I think it is important for me because I must use it in future. I must design lesson plan funny. I should apply CLT to teach students and focus speaking skill and listening skill for students. Students should communicate when learn and must learn pass indicator completely it will increase student effectively to learn.
