Love is important for humans. Love can change everything in the good way. Love has many forms. Love will make everything to wonderful and it make who have love have feel good.
Today I listen the song. It name is You Are my Life. Sometimes, before we meet lover we stay alone. We maybe feel sad but when we meet the lover we have good feeling. Someone compare love with stars and moon that can shine bring us go to the light. We can develop ourselves for lover. I like this sentence in this song that is “You are the sun You make me shine Or more like the stars That twinkle at night You are the moon That glows in my heart You are my daytime my nighttime My world You are my life”
I believe that everyone can do everything for lover. I think if you have lover you will do everything to make lover happy. Everyone have lover such as parents, friends and darling. Love is beautiful thing in this world.

Teeth - How to Keep Them Healthy

As long as parents care for the health of their children’s teeth they will make sure that they are checked every six months but as children get older it is up to them to look after their teeth. Here are some easy suggestions on how to keep your teeth in good shape.
Use an electric toothbrush. It can remove food and other things better than a toothbrush.
Use fluoride toothpaste and brush your teeth especially where they meet the gum.
After that use dental floss and go around each tooth. This will get rid of any food that is still left between your teeth.
Use a mouthwash and gargle for about 30 seconds, or you could use salty water to clean your mouth.
Be careful about the food you eat. Don’t overdo it with chocolate, energy bars or candy. Eat more vegetables and fruit.
Red wine, fruit juices and vinegar on salad can harm your teeth and destroy tooth enamel.
Do not crack nuts, chew pencils or open bottle caps with your teeth.
Visit the dentist regularly. They have everything they need to check out your teeth and find holes or other problem spots.
There are connections between bad teeth and heart disease or strokes. If you find or feel something unusual go to the dentist right away.

Stone Age Life

The term "Stone Age" is used to describe a period of human evolution where stone was used as the hardest material for making tools. The Stone Age started around 2.5 to 2 million years ago when early humans first produced the first stone tools in East Africa and ended with the development of agriculture, the domestication of certain animals such as sheep, goat and cow, and the smelting of copper ore to produce metal. The transition out of the Stone Age occurred between 6000 BC and 2500 BC.
The Stone Age is further split into the Palaeolithic (literally, "old age of the stone"), the Mesolitic (Middle Stone Age) and the Neolitic (New Stone Age).
Life in the Palaeolithic
During the Old Stone Age, the Paleolithic, starting around 2.5 million years ago, humans were grouped together in small scale societies such as bands and gained their subsistence from gathering plants and hunting wild animals. Humankind gradually evolved from early members of the genus Homo such as Homo habilis, who used simple stone tools into fully behaviorally and anatomically modern humans (Homo sapiens sapiens), around 200,000 years ago. Homo habilis is believed to have constructed the first man-made structure in East Africa around 2 million years ago, consisting of simple arrangements of stones to hold branches of trees in position.
The Paleolithic is characterized by the use of knapped stone tools known as choppers, although at the time, humans also used wood and bone tools. Other organic commodities were adapted for use as tools, including leather and vegetable fibers; however, given their nature, these have not been preserved to any great degree.
Food of these hunter-gatherers included animals and plants that were part of the environment in which they lived. Palaeolitic people particularly liked animal organ meats including the livers, kidneys and brains. They also ate leaves and roots and towards the end of this period wild cereal grains.
It is believed that between 100,000 and 50,000 years ago, the brain of Homo sapien was well enough developed to allow fully modern behaviour including the use of relatively complex language. Based on DNA analyis, in 2003, Alec Knight and Joanna Mountain of Stanford University suggested that the original human language may have been a click language similar to the language spoken today by the Hadzabe people.
Around the end of the Paleolithic, humans began to produce the earliest works of art and engage in religious and spiritual behavior such as burial and ritual. The climate during the Paleolithic periodically fluctuated between warm and cool temperatures.

Humans need three basic things that are water, food and Warmth/Shelter. Life was simple and there were only two main things to do: To protect themselves from the wild animals and to gather food. For both purposes, people made tools from stone. A special kind of sharp stone called flint was used to cut things. Stones were also used to make fire. Since in those times, humans used stone for almost everything they did, it is called Stone Age.
In this Stone Age there are many technologies. The Stone Age was a time when people made tools of stone instead of the metal we use today. In this era many people still used axes and farming tools made of stone. People used different types of tools for many different uses like digging, cooking, hunting, farming, making clothes and making pots. Humans lived in caves, under large rocks and out in the open. Life was difficult for Stone Age humans. In fact, until modern times, most humans had one goal in life—to survive that they need three basic things. There are water, foods and Warmth/Shelter. Morin lived in the Stone Age. He could make tools from stone and he got his food by hunting wild animals and fishing and gathering wild foods (nuts, berries, vegetables, etc…) he lived in cave. He could speak but don’t understand the alphabet but he could communicate with written symbols. He likes to eat snake and fish.
From this era it makes me to know and understand much more because people must do everything for life. I think foods are the most important for them. They create tools to protect themselves from the wild animals and to gather food. In addition, they lived in cave and they don’t have cloth. They wear leave as cloth. If I lived in the Stone Age I would create the clothes from fur for people. I think I am very lucky to live in the Digital Age and not the Stone Age. Thank you for your attention.

Is wine good for the heart?

Most of us think that when we are on a diet or simply trying to live a healthy lifestyle that alcohol is out of the question. Others have heard that a glass of a wine a day is good for you. So what is the truth? Red wine is especially pointed to as being healthy for you. This is because it is chock full of antioxidants, which may help reduce the chances of heart disease, and can help protect your arteries. One of these antioxidants is called polyphenol and can help your heart by protecting the linings of the blood vessels. Another key property in red wine is resveratrol, which helps keep blood vessels healthy, as mentioned above. Some research also shows that it can help with obesity and diabetes. While the research is still ongoing, it is a good sign. Other research has shown that resveratrol can also prevent blood clots and inflammation. These are just a few of the benefits that red wine may bring to your body. Always talk to a doctor when thinking of adding something new, especially alcohol, to your diet. It may help you, but it may also harm you. Always be cautious!

There are many things that good for heart. We can select the good and beneficial food when we eat. It is good for health. Heart is the most important for life. If you want to have good heart you can drink wine because wine is good for heart. It will help us to protect diseases.

Wine will help to reduce the disease and it good for heart. Someone knows wine is bad for health but they don’t know wine has more advantages. Red wine helps reduce the chances of heart disease, and can help protect your arteries. It helps to prevent blood clots and inflammation. In addition, if we want to have good health we should eat beneficial food for health and don’t drink alcohol.

Red wine is good for heart. We can drink it a glass of a wine a day because if we drink much more it doesn’t well for health too. I think wine is good for heart because it helps to reduce the diseases. We should drink a glass of a wine per day.

Learning is important for everybody. If we don’t have knowledge we don’t have good work. This is important thing that is it can develop people and social. Knowledge will help us to think before we do everything. Time is part of learning. We must have the appropriate time for learning.

From I chat with Costa. We talk about time of learning. For Thai students, they have a lot of time for study and they study hard. They study about 7-8 hours per day. I think it much more for students. They should have free time because they can relax the brain and body after study hard. Brain is important for learning.

To sum up, brain is important for body. If we have good brain we will have new idea and we can receive the knowledge and can remember better. I think we should study that appropriate for brain. Time should appropriate for students ’brain because it will good for students.

Friends are a part of life because in our life we can’t live alone. Good friends will help friend together. Good friends are when we stay with them we happy and funny.

 Today, I chat with Costa Pius about friends. My friends are Sunisa and Thagonrat. They are Costa’s friends. After that, he asks me about them I told him they are my best friends and he ask me “What am I then”. I told him he are my best friend too because he help me everything when I have problems.

From I chat with foreigner. I think I have the new friend and I can learn new sentence and vocabulary. From I chat with Costa I don’t know the sentence that is “What am I then” after I chat with him I understand much more. I can use it in the real life.

Foods rich in minerals

 We need mineral salts to help regulate our metabolism. Fortunately, we get most of our mineral requirements from what we eat every day. If we didn’t get enough minerals, we would put ourselves at risk of disease and poor health. Some of the most important minerals include; potassium, sodium, chlorine, and calcium. The following are foods that you can eat to ensure you are getting enough of a certain mineral as well as why it is so important to maintain your body’s levels of each. Please know there are more minerals than these 4, but these are a good starting point.

Calcium-Milk, eggs, cheese, almonds and green leafy vegetables. This is necessary for healthy bones and teeth.

Potassium-Found in all natural foods and is necessary for healthy muscles.

Sodium-Salt is the main way to get this mineral. However, it is found in meats, eggs and milk as well. Extremely important to the body’s nervous system. Transports messages from the brain to the body’s nerves.

Chlorine-Found in salt and other natural foods. Maintains correct osmotic pressure in the body. Too little can result in muscle cramps and swelling.

They are important for body. Calcium comes from milk, eggs, cheese, almonds and green leafy vegetables. They are important for healthy bones and teeth. Potassium can get from natural foods and they are necessary for healthy muscles. Sodium come from salt meats, eggs and milk as well they are important to the body’s nervous system. We can receive Chlorine in salt and other natural foods.

So, if we want to have good health we must select the beneficial food for the body. Minerals are the part of life. We should eat food every meal. If we don’t eat food the body doesn’t get the minerals we will have the disease. I think minerals are good for brain and the muscles because they are important for me for study and do everything in day

Homework or work is important for everybody. Homework is thing that students must do because it will help to develop students’ knowledge and students’ ability. Work is the part of human life. We must work after we graduate. 

Today I chat with Costa Pius. We talk about homework and work. He asks me what you are doing now. I tell him I do lesson plan it about Global warming that I must apply to teach grammar. He tells me it interesting. I think it important for teacher because we must use about everything that about life to teach students.

To conclude, I think everything is important for everybody. I must do it as well. I think I learn and develop knowledge from homework. It will good for everybody if we find the new knowledge to create the new knowledge for ourselves.
